GLL is looking for Group Cycle Fitness Class Instructors based at Parkside Pools and Gym. Building on our continued growth, we’re now the UK’s largest leisure social enterprise – and set for even greater success. Bringing ambition to match ours, this is your chance to deliver group exercise sessions, cross-training activities and first-class customer service with a leisure sector leader. From promoting your classes, to preparing equipment and delivering sessions that cater to all ages and abilities, you’ll make a positive difference to people’s lives. Whether customers come to lose weight or get fitter, your classes will help everyone to build confidence as well as fitness. Your role as Fitness Class Instructor is to make our customers’ time worthwhile – and of course, enjoyable.
Naturally, safety is key. That means we’re also looking for Fitness Class Instructors who can deliver superb classes, all in line with best practice, policies and procedures. As classes are part of a complex timetable, flexibility, punctuality and reliability are just as important – things that will come naturally to a Fitness Class Instructor who takes pride in what they do.
