GLL is looking for Pilates Fitness Class Instructors to work at Bude Leisure Centre. We are seeking talented and enthusiastic Pilates Fitness Class Instructors to join our team. Pilates classes are delivered to a plethora of customers within the centres. A Pilates Instructor applying for this role will understand that this role is more than just an instructing position; it is the ability to empower change within customer lifestyles. The Pilates Instructor has the skill to expertly guide the customers attending the class, enabling them to leave feeling empowered. Through experience and leading by example, the Pilates Instructor will assist customers in their own development with the class.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver a safe and effective class.
  • Consistently perform a fun, enthusiastic, high-quality class.
  • Adapt, progress, and regress where required for all ages and levels.
  • Inspire all customers through class delivery and the transferring of energy and motivation.
  • Ensure all customer expectations are exceeded.

  • Pilates Level 3.
