Your Role

We are seeking a highly organised and student‑focused Student Registry Officer to join our Academic & Student Administration team at the London campus. This role is central to ensuring smooth academic operations, maintaining academic integrity, and supporting students throughout their learning journey. You will be part of a collaborative and multicultural environment where quality, professionalism, and student experience are at the heart of everything we do.

As a Student Registry Officer, you will support the full range of registry and academic administration activities that underpin the student lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Academic Calendar & Systems
    • Supporting the organisation, validation, and publication of the academic calendar.
    • Managing daily tasks across academic systems and reporting issues for resolution.
    • Contributing to process reviews and improvements across academic administration.
  • Registration, Records & Academic Data
    • Processing registrations for new and returning students.
    • Managing elective and course selections, ensuring accurate system updates.
    • Tracking resits/retakes, handling grouping logistics, and maintaining academic records.
    • Preparing data for schedules, assessment maps, and classroom allocations.
    • Serving on the Arrivals Registry Desk to support timetable and course queries.
  • Student Status Changes
    • Processing changes such as brand exchanges, leaves of absence, interruptions, and withdrawals.
  • Grades, Credits & Progression
    • Coordinating grade collection and recording with faculty teams.
    • Preparing data for progression and awards boards.
    • Supporting transcript publication and progression communications.
  • Compliance, Quality & Governance
    • Supporting annual QAA compliance, including evidence gathering and data validation.
    • Monitoring adherence to academic policies and identifying gaps for corrective action.
  • Student Communication & Support
    • Managing semester communications regarding class allocations and options.
    • Responding to day‑to‑day student enquiries and requests for attestations.
  • Statistics & Reporting
    • Preparing statistical data and draft reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Cross‑Campus Collaboration
    • Managing Salesforce Opportunities for incoming exchange students.
    • Working closely with colleagues across the UK and Switzerland on academic processes.
    • Supporting institution‑wide projects as required.
  • Campus Engagement
    • Contributing to campus life by supporting events, field trips, extracurricular activities, Open Days, and campus tours.
    • Working collaboratively with Student Accounting, Admissions, Student Affairs, and Immigration Compliance.

About You

You hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and bring a strong background in academic administration, ideally within an international or diverse environment. You are an excellent communicator, committed to delivering high‑quality customer service to students and stakeholders. Highly organised, accurate, and detail‑oriented, you thrive in a collaborative environment and bring a proactive, positive approach to your work. You are confident in making decisions and solving problems effectively. You possess strong IT and reporting skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and platforms such as Moodle and intranet systems. You are fluent in English, and additional languages, particularly French would be an advantage.
