We are seeking a Student Registry and Immigration Compliance Officer to join our friendly and dynamic Student Registry Services team. The Student Registry Services team provides academic administration and compliance support throughout the entire student journey; from registration to graduation. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting students, staff, and faculty, while ensuring compliance with UKVI requirements.
Your Role
- Immigration Compliance: Advise and support students on UK visa requirements, draft and issue CAS, monitor student attendance, and ensure compliance with UKVI regulations.
- Liaison with UKVI: Act as a Level 1 user for the UKVI SMS, maintain strong relationships with UKVI, and ensure timely updates and reporting.
- Academic Administration: Support programme administration for BBA and MSc students, maintain accurate student records, and service committees and exam boards.
- Arrivals & Induction: Assist with student arrivals, induction activities, and ensure student documentation and records are in order.
- Reception Cover: Provide a 5* service to students, staff, and visitors at our London reception when required.
About You
- Educated to A Level or equivalent; degree-level education is advantageous but not essential.
- Demonstrated experience in Higher Education administration, ideally within a Student Route sponsoring organisation.
- Strong working knowledge of UK visa regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to manage academic administration tasks in an international or multicultural environment.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with a flexible, diplomatic, and solutions-focused approach.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and open to learning new systems (experience with Salesforce and student record systems is a plus).
- Highly organised, reliable, and able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Service-oriented with a “can-do” attitude and the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.

- This role is based on-site at the Glion London Campus.
