We are seeking a Regional Admissions Manager for Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar to join our Enrolment team. Based in Bangkok, you will play a key role in driving student recruitment and strengthening the presence of our prestigious institutions: Glion, Les Roches, and École Ducasse, across the region.
Your role
This role is responsible for driving student enrolment and strengthening the regional presence of our prestigious institutions. You will play a key role in delivering recruitment targets, developing strategic partnerships, and executing high‑quality promotional activities aligned with our premium brand positioning and regional growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve student enrolment targets across the region through effective recruitment and conversion activities
- Develop and manage relationships with agents, high school counsellors, and alumni networks
- Identify new business opportunities and expand regional market presence
- Organise and participate in enrolment events, exhibitions, and student recruitment activities
- Deliver seminars, workshops, and conversion campaigns to engage prospective students
- Train and onboard agents and counsellors to ensure alignment with brand values and standards
- Enhance brand awareness and ensure consistency across all promotional materials and activities
- Support regional marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns and content
- Maintain accurate reporting and manage student records within Salesforce
- Provide high‑quality counselling to students and parents throughout the admissions journey
About You
Degree educated or holding an equivalent professional qualification, you bring significant experience in a commercial role within the higher education sector, along with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You are fluent in English with business proficiency in Thai, and possess excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills. Results‑driven and proactive, you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and demonstrate strong organisational and project management abilities with a high level of attention to detail. Experience within the hospitality sector or premium brands is advantageous, and you are flexible and willing to travel frequently across the region.
