We are now seeking an enthusiastic and student‑centred Student Operations & Development Coordinator to help shape a positive and enriching campus experience. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the student journey from day one by coordinating orientation programmes, student events, and supporting engagement initiatives and campus operations.

Your Role:

  • Support the planning and delivery of the Glion Summer Program, ensuring an engaging and high-quality experience for participants.
  • Support the delivery of student onboarding, orientation, and induction programmes to ensure a positive student experience from day one.
  • Coordinate student engagement initiatives, events, and enrichment activities that foster a vibrant campus community.
  • Assist with the planning and delivery of the Glion Summer Programme and other student development projects.
  • Act as a key point of contact for students, visitors, and stakeholders, providing professional and responsive support.
  • Manage student‑facing communications and help promote activities, events, and engagement opportunities across the campus.
  • Coordinate campus tours and support initiatives that enhance student recruitment, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Support the smooth running of campus operations through effective administration, issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive, and student‑centred environment that aligns with the institution's values and student experience strategy.

About You:

A relevant qualification in education, business administration, hospitality, events, student services, or a related field is desirable, together with the flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as required. You will have strong organisational and communications skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, build positive relationships, and deliver a high standard of service. A proactive and adaptable approach is essential, alongside a genuine passion for student engagement, wellbeing, and development. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, taking initiative, solving problems, and contributing to a positive and inclusive campus community.
