About the role
We are seeking a Digital Product Specialist to join our friendly and dynamic Digital Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work for an international education group and play a key role in shaping and delivering our global website ecosystem.

In this role, you will support the delivery and optimisation of digital activity across three brand websites, ensuring a high standard of execution across content, UX, and performance. You will play a key role in coordinating web projects, managing website updates, and supporting optimisation initiatives across WordPress and Shopify platforms. This is a great opportunity for a selfâstarter who enjoys handsâon delivery within a fastâpaced international environment.
About You
You have handsâon experience working with WordPress and Shopify within a digital, marketing, or agency environment, and are confident building and maintaining web pages with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You are experienced in delivering website updates or projects endâtoâend, from initial scoping through to testing and goâlive and are comfortable managing multiple priorities across different workstreams. You bring a strong understanding of UX principles, SEO, and digital optimisation, and are comfortable using analytics and performance data to identify improvements. You are highly organised, proactive, and confident working both independently and collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external agencies. Strong communication skills and a solutionsâfocused mindset are key, and a degree (or equivalent experience) in digital marketing, communications, or a related field is desirable.
Your Role
- Coordinate and deliver website projects endâtoâend, including new features, programme launches, and digital enhancements.
- Take ownership of new website launches, managing the full process from scoping and build through to testing and goâlive.
- Build, update, and maintain web pages across WordPress and Shopify platforms.
- Act as the dayâtoâday contact for external development agencies, managing feedback and tracking progress.
- Support the ongoing delivery and optimisation of the e-commerce website on Shopify.
- Manage content updates and ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all websites.
- Assist with UX research, usability testing, and the implementation of user experience improvements.
- Support SEO, AI, and CRO optimisation activity in collaboration with specialist teams.
- Use analytics and performance data to identify and support optimisation opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams across marketing, content, brand, and IT to deliver digital initiatives.
