Business Analyst Power BI — Permanent contract / Central London. This position can be remote up to 60% of the weekly working time.

Your Role
You will act as the bridge between Data Engineering and business stakeholders, managing the process end-to-end. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, designing data models, building advanced Power BI dashboards, and ensuring data integrity through regular audits. You will also support training and collaborate closely with teams across Salesforce, Marketing, and Operations.
About You
- Microsoft Certified Power BI Data Analyst (Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate is a plus)
- Expertise in Power BI data modelling, advanced visualisation, and DAX programming
- Strong SQL skills and understanding of performance optimisation in Power BI
- Ability to test data solutions, troubleshoot issues; ETL tool experience is preferable
- Commercial mindset, self-starter approach, and excellent planning skills
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal communication
- Fluent written and verbal English
Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimise Power BI dashboards and reports
- Reconcile data between Salesforce, Data Warehouse, and Power BI outputs
- Use DAX to enhance analytical capabilities
- Conduct weekly audits to ensure data quality
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and support business users with training
