About the role

We are seeking a Digital Product Specialist to join our friendly and dynamic Digital Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work for an international education group and play a key role in shaping and delivering our global website ecosystem. Are you a hands‑on, detail‑oriented digital professional who enjoys building and managing websites, delivering projects end‑to‑end, and working with multiple stakeholders and agencies? Do you have a passion for creating seamless user journeys and delivering high‑quality digital experiences?

In this role, you will support the delivery and optimisation of digital activity across three brand websites, ensuring a high standard of execution across content, UX, and performance. You will play a key role in coordinating web projects, managing website updates, and supporting optimisation initiatives across WordPress and Shopify platforms. This is a great opportunity for a self‑starter who enjoys hands‑on delivery within a fast‑paced international environment.

About You

  • You have hands‑on experience working with WordPress and Shopify within a digital, marketing, or agency environment, and are confident building and maintaining web pages with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • You are experienced in delivering website updates or projects end‑to‑end, from initial scoping through to testing and go‑live and are comfortable managing multiple priorities across different workstreams.
  • You bring a strong understanding of UX principles, SEO, and digital optimisation, and are comfortable using analytics and performance data to identify improvements.
  • You are highly organised, proactive, and confident working both independently and collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
  • Strong communication skills and a solutions‑focused mindset are key, and a degree (or equivalent experience) in digital marketing, communications, or a related field is desirable.

Your Role

  • Coordinate and deliver website projects end‑to‑end, including new features, programme launches, and digital enhancements.
  • Take ownership of new website launches, managing the full process from scoping and build through to testing and go‑live.
  • Build, update, and maintain web pages across WordPress and Shopify platforms.
  • Act as the day‑to‑day contact for external development agencies, managing feedback and tracking progress.
  • Support the ongoing delivery and optimisation of the e-commerce website on Shopify.
  • Manage content updates and ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all websites.
  • Assist with UX research, usability testing, and the implementation of user experience improvements.
  • Support SEO, AI, and CRO optimisation activity in collaboration with specialist teams.
  • Use analytics and performance data to identify and support optimisation opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams across marketing, content, brand, and IT to deliver digital initiatives.
