Part‑time (60% London / 20% Swiss Team Support) Hybrid working possible, subject to agreement with Campus Director / Management.

Your Role
In this pivotal campus‑based finance role, you will independently manage a wide range of Accounts Receivable activities with professionalism, accuracy, and a strong customer‑service mindset.
- Accounts Receivable & Collections (London Campus – 60%)
- Ensure accuracy of pricing and programme information in the billing database, running regular control checks.
- Prepare complete and accurate pro‑forma invoices for returning and new students, coordinating issuance and distribution.
- Work closely with the Visa and Admissions teams to ensure a seamless financial process for all students.
- Adjust invoices and student accounts when required, maintaining full tracking of interactions.
- Liaise professionally with parents, sponsors, and students to ensure timely payments.
- Respond promptly and accurately to student and sponsor financial queries via email, phone, or in person.
- Create and monitor payment plans, including document preparation, tracking, reminders, and payments.
- Manage the student refund process from request to completion, coordinating with central accounting.
- Support scholarship administration including document assessment, validation, and audit documentation.
- Produce weekly collection reports, statistical analysis, and ad‑hoc financial reports for management.
- Take full ownership of the Arrivals Finance Desk during student arrivals and support broader arrivals activities.
- Assist the Switzerland‑based team with agreed financial tasks and reporting. Fixed support days can be adapted according to candidate availability.
- Act as a key point of contact between departments in the UK, Switzerland, and the Marbella accounting office.
- Contribute to campus life by supporting student and staff events, field trips, extracurricular activities, and summer school initiatives.
- Participate in Open Days, campus tours, and activities that promote Glion’s growth and student experience.
- Support student‑facing operations on the ground floor when required.
About You
You hold a diploma in Finance or Business (or have equivalent practical experience), with a strong background in collections or within a financial, luxury, hospitality, or education environment. A confident communicator with the ability to manage customer queries effectively and with care. Highly detail‑oriented and reliable, you are comfortable working independently and managing your time efficiently. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and fluent in English. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics would be an advantage.
