We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Programme Coordinator to join our Academic Management team. This role is pivotal in supporting academic operations and enhancing the student journey. Your Role
- Monitor academic mailboxes and respond to day‑to‑day queries.
- Act as the point of contact for the campus and wider institution in the absence of the Program Manager.
- Assist in tracking student engagement, absences, and survey response rates.
- Coordinate examination timetables and support field trip organization.
- Liaise between departments to ensure smooth student lifecycle processes.
- Collaborate with faculty and lecturers on academic matters.
- Support campus events including graduations, open days, alumni activities, and marketing initiatives.
- Own parts of the arrivals and induction process for new students.
- Participate in projects and contribute to institutional initiatives.
About You
- Level 5 qualification or higher.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); French or other languages are an advantage.
- Experience in higher education and working in an international environment.
- Strong understanding of educational processes, ideally within hospitality schools.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Collaborative, detail‑oriented, and customer‑focused with a positive attitude.
