We are looking for a driven and experienced Program Manager to join our academic team at the Glion London Campus. If you enjoy managing complex academic programs, working collaboratively with students and faculty, and delivering meaningful impact, this could be your next exciting opportunity.
Your Role
- Oversee and manage the academic program portfolio for Glion London.
- Support strategic academic planning and lead project implementation aligned with institutional goals.
- Act as the key liaison for MSc/BBA students, monitoring progression and enhancing the overall learning experience.
- Ensure operational excellence by coordinating logistics, deadlines, and program-related events.
- Drive academic integrity and continuous improvement through surveys, feedback and process refinement.
- Contribute to faculty development through peer reviews and academic standards oversight.
- Represent the campus in group-wide projects and liaise with internal stakeholders across Sommet Education.
- Organise and support professional excursions, boot camps, and academic events.
About You
- You will hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (or possess equivalent experience), ideally accompanied by a teaching qualification such as a PGCE.
- You bring significant experience in higher education or the service industry, with a proven track record in project management, academic administration, and engaging with a range of stakeholders.
- Your understanding of both UK and international higher education systems, including QAA standards, is strong, and you have excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
- You thrive in multicultural and international environments, bringing a proactive, student-centred approach to everything you do.
