About Glimoria Labs

Glimoria Labs is an engineer-led technical partner connecting UK tech companies with remote Senior Software Engineers from Central Europe. We back this exceptional quality with an industry-disrupting 10-day risk-free trial and highly competitive flat daily rates.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Tech Business Development Manager / Account Manager who holds a deep, active network of IT recruitment decision-makers in the UK (CTOs, IT Directors, and VPs of Engineering, etc.). Your sole responsibility is Client Acquisition. You will leverage your existing relationships and actively hunt for UK tech companies needing experienced remote back-end software development contractors (primarily Java). You will have zero involvement with candidates. Our engineering team handles 100% of the technical supply. Your only job is to drive the demand.

You will be selling an incredibly straightforward, high-value proposition:

  • Technically vetted, remote senior software engineers from Central Europe.
  • A flat, highly competitive daily rate (roughly 30% less than the UK average).
  • A 10-day, no-pay trial period that eliminates client risk entirely.

Responsibilities

  • Actively present Glimoria Labs’ contracting model to UK tech decision-makers (CTOs, Heads of Engineering, IT Directors).
  • Utilise your existing network to secure introduction calls.
  • Manage the client-side relationship from the initial outreach through to contract signing.

What We’re Looking For

  • A Proven UK Tech Network: You must have a pre-existing, active list of relationships with software engineering hiring managers in the UK.
  • Agency/Account Management Background: You have spent years working as a high-performing tech recruiter, account manager, or BD professional.
  • Independent Drive: This is a fully autonomous, commission-only role. You manage your own hours, pipeline, and outreach strategy.
  • You know how to speak to technical leaders naturally and peer-to-peer, without relying on standard recruitment jargon.

Compensation

Uncapped Earning Potential: A fixed success fee of £2,500 for every contractor successfully placed and retained past our 10-day trial period.
