Lead Technical Consultant – GlideFast Consulting

As a Lead Technical Consultant with GlideFast Consulting, you will spearhead technical development initiatives, leveraging advanced web programming techniques to configure robust solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will craft development stories, meticulously plan sprints, oversee architectural design, and ensure seamless project delivery.

Employment Status: Full-time and Permanent

Responsibilities

  • Write and create custom business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, ACLs, data policies, and UI scripts.
  • Lead and participate in development efforts in three (3) or more of the following specialization areas:
    • ServiceNow Mainline Applications (ITSM, ITBM, CSM, HR, ITOM, or other products)
    • Custom Application Development (Scoped Applications)
    • 3rd Party Integrations Development (REST, SOAP, MID Servers, or other products)
  • Lead customer workshops and assist with demos, gathering technical and functional requirements.
  • Create overall technical architecture, including design documentation and process flows, for ServiceNow implementations that align with customer business requirements.
  • Review developers’ code and provide recommendations and best practices to ensure success.
  • Partner with Business Process Consultants and attend requirements review and validation sessions as required.
  • Collaborate with the Business Process Consultant to craft technical approaches to stories.
  • Deliver measurable, positive results within the client and team’s timeline, yielding positive client feedback.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 6+ years delivering technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  • 3+ years in a consulting role, preferably delivering software implementations.
  • Strong consultative skills for software service delivery to lead customers in improving their processes and organizational models.
  • Excellent leadership and teamwork, with a record of managing multiple complex tasks.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
