But to achieve our mission, we need your help. We're actively recruiting for a Field Engineer to support our regional delivery team in attending customer sites for IT/VOIP service activations, wireless surveys, and technical fault resolutions. Join us in shaping the future of connectivity!
Your passion for networking and customer service and can-do attitude will be your most important attribute, but the following experience will also help:
- CCNA qualification
- Experience in configuring and troubleshooting networking equipment (Cisco 2960 catalyst models, small business switches, Ruckus Switching equipment)
- Knowledge of Passive Optical Networks (PONs) and Point to Point networks
- Installation and fault-finding experience with Cat 5/6, multi/single mode fibre systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Location: Greater London and Surrounds
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £32,000 to £35,000 (depending on experience)

A typical day might include:
- Attending customer sites for IT/VOIP service activations and provisions
- Conducting wireless surveys and handling technical and infrastructure fault calls
- Collaborating with Senior Project Managers and Project Managers to migrate and activate new customer services
- Working with Technical Operations on site activations
- Supporting 3rd party subcontractors and working with main contractors to ensure customer requirements are met
