As Head of Marketing, you will have overall responsibility for the Marketing function within Clermont Hotel Group. Working with your brand, F&B, partnership and digital teams, you will be able to demonstrate first class managerial and leadership skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt where necessary given the ever-changing nature of hospitality. Your key responsibility is to build, lead and execute clear Marketing plans for the group which allows us to meet & exceed our budgeted expectations and out-perform our competition. The role will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and involves working with multiple functions across the business.

7+ years’ experience in senior marketing position with at least 3 + years as head of department
