We are seeking a highly‐motivated Project Specialist to join our Global Research Team in London, working with leading technology, payments, industrials, life‐sciences and medical‐devices companies.
Location: London – office based.
Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and facilitating customized qualitative and quantitative research.
- Provide client‐facing support and professional communication.
- Compile and review research reports for clients (data analysis not required).
- Manage multiple project timelines, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.
- Navigate complex research requests and client‐specific preferences.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, partners and clients.
- Interact directly with clients to understand and meet their learning needs.
- Maintain confidentiality of research content, network and client information.
- Collaborate across teams on multiple projects.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Market Research, Social Science, Life Sciences Research or related fields preferred).
- 2–3+ years of experience in the Market Research industry with emphasis on quantitative and/or qualitative research.
- Adjacent experience in related industries or roles is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with clients in Technology/Payments, Life‐Sciences/Healthcare, and Industrials.
- Superior writing, logic, and interpersonal skills.
- Team collaboration in a high‐throughput, deadline‐driven, client‐servicing environment.
- Experience analysing and communicating market research results to stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a rigorous, fast‐moving environment.
- Excellent conceptual and analytic skills.
- Strong problem‐solving ability and patience for rigorous review.
- Ability to work remotely or in hybrid mode while meeting deadlines and cross‐team communication.
