We are seeking an experienced and dedicated RVN – Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team in Woking, Surrey. As part of our vibrant and growing veterinary practice, you will provide exceptional veterinary care to animals while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of pets and their owners.

Location: Woking, Surrey

Working Hours: The role is full time, 40 hours per week, with a shared Saturday rota of 1 in 4. There isn't an OOH requirement.

Salary: £30000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine examinations, diagnostics, and treatments on a variety of animals.
  • Conduct surgical procedures as needed, including spaying, neutering, and other minor surgeries.
  • Collaborate with veterinary nurses and support staff to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  • Provide guidance and advice to pet owners on general care, feeding, and wellness.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient histories, treatments, and progress.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Veterinary degree from a recognized institution.
  • Valid veterinary license to practice in the UK.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Compassionate and caring approach to animals.
