GLG Vets is excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a well-established and supportive veterinary practice in Cumbria. This part-time position offers flexible working hours, providing a great work-life balance in a friendly and professional environment.
Location: Cumbria
Hours: 20 hours per week, over 2 days (Mondays and Tuesdays, 8:30am to 7:00pm) with 1 in 4 Saturdays
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality care to patients and providing excellent client service
- Assisting with routine and emergency surgeries
- Supporting the veterinary team with medical procedures and clinical tasks
- Administering anaesthetics and monitoring patients
- Carrying out laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with practice protocols
- Funded certificate opportunities to further your professional development
- VDS, RCVS, and BVA membership fees paid
- No out-of-hours work
