Work Pattern and Benefits
- Flexible Schedule: The required working pattern is flexible, with options for either four 9-hour days per week. This includes a rotational weekend schedule of one in four Saturdays and Sundays (9 a.m. to 3 p.m.), which is included in the pro-rata 40-hour week. Duty nights will also be part of a rotational schedule as needed.
