Working Hours

Aran Vet Clinic is a modern practice in Llangefni, in the middle of the beautiful Isle of Anglesey a well known holiday destination with glorious beaches and access to the mountains and scenery of Snowdonia. Our team are often found swimming in the sea and lakes, running over the mountains, or simply enjoying a dog walk on the beach. There are excellent road and rail links to the rest of the country and Holyhead port for ferries to Ireland is only 20 minutes away. If city life is more your scene, we\’re only a few hours from Liverpool and Manchester.

Salary

Up to £64,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine examinations, diagnostics, and treatments on a variety of animals.
• Conduct surgical procedures as needed, including spaying, neutering, and other minor surgeries.
• Collaborate with veterinary nurses and support staff to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
• Provide guidance and advice to pet owners on general care, feeding, and wellness.
• Maintain accurate records of patient histories, treatments, and progress.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Veterinary degree from a recognized institution.
• Valid veterinary license to practice in the UK.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Compassionate and caring approach to animals.
