As the Veterinary Surgeon Team Leader, you will lead and manage a team of veterinary professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients. You will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations, mentoring and developing team members, and maintaining clinical excellence. This role offers flexible and remote working options, allowing you to balance leadership responsibilities with a great work-life balance.

Salary: £57,842 - £59,470 pro-rata (including allowance) per annum
Hours: 22.5 hours per week
Contract: Part-Time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the veterinary team to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
- Oversee clinical decision-making, ensuring best practices are followed in both medical and surgical cases.
- Mentor and guide team members, helping them grow in their roles.
- Manage the scheduling, day-to-day operations, and team workflow.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accurate clinical records.
- Participate in the recruitment and development of veterinary staff.
- Engage in internal CPD programs and contribute to the professional growth of the team.
Working Hours
- 22.5 hours per week, part-time position.
- Flexible and remote working options available.
- Competitive salary: £57,842 - £59,470 pro-rata (including allowance) per annum.
- CPD allowance of one week and £1000 per year.
- Full RCVS fees covered.
