With a strong reputation for excellent patient care, this practice provides a supportive and collaborative environment for all staff. They are now looking to welcome a dedicated and enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon to join their team.
Salary: £40,000 - £72,000 per year
The Role
This is a permanent, full-time position, offering 39 hours per week across four days, with 1:3 Saturdays (08:30–13:00). However, we are open to flexible working arrangements, so please feel free to discuss what works best for you. You will have the opportunity to work within a well-equipped environment, alongside a talented team of vets and support staff, ensuring excellent care for every patient.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality medical care and treatment for a range of pets and animals.
- Build strong relationships with clients, offering professional advice and delivering exceptional service.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure best practices in all clinical and operational areas.
- Help support and mentor less experienced team members.
- Be involved in a variety of cases, providing an enriching and diverse experience.
5 weeks annual leave plus Bank Holidays. Clinical CPD allowance of £1,500 per year with 3 days paid leave. Internal CPD opportunities to enhance your skills. Fully funded certificate opportunities. VDS, RCVS, and BVA fees paid. Support for Certificates of Visa Sponsorship (if applicable). Private Medical Insurance. Health cash plan. Life Assurance.
