We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Senior Veterinary Surgeon to join our dynamic team in Leeds. Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Mentorship: Oversee and mentor the veterinary team, providing guidance and fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
- Clinical Management: Ensure high standards of clinical practice, ensuring that best practices are adhered to across the team.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other senior team members to ensure smooth operational flow and maintain a high level of client care.
- Client Relationships: Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients, providing outstanding care and delivering gold-standard services.
- Clinical Governance: Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and the effective management of resources to deliver efficient and effective care.
