An opportunity for a Head Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a reputable veterinary practice in Hounslow, Greater London. This is a fantastic role for an experienced RVN looking to step into a leadership position, offering the chance to make a real impact in a supportive and progressive practice.
Location: Hounslow, Greater London
Salary: Β£40,000 per year
Type: Full-time, 40 hours over 5 days, with 1:6 weekends
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a dedicated nursing team, ensuring high standards of clinical care and patient welfare.
- Assist with surgeries, procedures, and patient care, providing guidance and mentoring to junior nurses and support staff.
- Maintain effective communication with both clients and team members to ensure the smooth operation of the practice.
- Ensure compliance with practice protocols and veterinary standards.
- Take an active role in the practice's development and expansion of services, alongside the management team.
