We are seeking a dedicated Locum Veterinary Surgeon to join our practice in High Wycombe for a fixed term from 27th September 2024 to 6th December 2024. This role involves working 2 days per week, on Thursdays and Fridays, from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM. You will work alongside a professional and supportive team to provide high-quality veterinary care to small animals.

- Thursday: 08:30 AM - 7:00 PM
- Friday: 08:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultations, diagnostics, and treatment plans for a variety of small animal cases.
- Perform routine surgeries and provide post-operative care.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients, ensuring they understand treatment plans and care options.
- Collaborate with the veterinary team to maintain smooth clinical operations.
- Ensure patient records are accurately maintained and up to date.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in Veterinary Medicine with current registration with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS).
- Experience in small animal practice, including medical consultations and surgeries.
- Strong communication skills and a client‑focused approach.
- Ability to work efficiently within the team and handle a busy caseload.
Competitive daily rate, commensurate with experience. Flexible work schedule of 2 days per week. Opportunity to work in a friendly and well‑equipped practice.
