This well-established, RCVS-accredited, and nurse training veterinary practice located in South West Surrey is looking for a Lead Vet to manage the branch. The practice has undergone significant refurbishment and now consists of three fully equipped units, including a small waiting area, two consult rooms, a staff room, an office, an x-ray room, a dental suite, a theatre, and prep area. In addition, they also offer separate dog and heated cat kennels, and plenty of parking is available on-site. The practice is surrounded by lovely coffee shops and is at the foot of the Surrey Hills, with excellent transport links.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly team. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week over 4 days, with 1:3 Saturday mornings (with time off in lieu). You will be leading a supportive team in delivering high-quality veterinary care and services. Ideally, you will be a strong GP with an interest in Surgery or Dentistry and will have some previous leadership experience.
