We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established veterinary practice in Grays, Essex, that offers a supportive and collaborative environment. The team comprises 4 experienced Vets, 3 RVNs, 2 SVNs, and 2 VCAs, all working together to provide high-quality care to their patients.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, including various shifts from Monday to Friday (9.00am - 7.00pm), Saturday (9.00am - 6.00pm), Sunday (10.30am - 4.30pm). No OOH required, with 1 in 4 weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in consultations, surgeries, and procedures.
- Providing exceptional patient care and client service.
- Supporting the veterinary team in delivering effective clinical treatments.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and administering treatments.
- Managing stock, equipment, and ensuring a clean, safe working environment.
Requirements:
- RCVS registered Veterinary Nurse.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a passion for animal care.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well within a team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
