We are seeking a skilled Veterinary Surgeon to join our busy hospital nestled along the River Thames. Our cutting-edge veterinary clinic boasts excellent transport links, access to lush green spaces, and all of London's attractions. In this role you will:
- Deliver exceptional clinical care to patients during consultations and procedures
- Provide outstanding care to clients, offering clear updates on patients
- Maintain professional excellence by observing the highest standards of regulatory, practice, and operational compliance
- Prepare tailored, accurate treatment and care plans for each patient with clear cost estimates
- Engage, mentor, and develop your team, enhancing their skills and utilizing them effectively
- Complete clinical handovers and arrange the transfer of any patient needing out-of-hours or enhanced care
Skills and experience:
- RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon
- Experienced in delivering exceptional care to both patients and clients
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Able to demonstrate clinical leadership skills
- Experience in implementing a progressive clinical culture
- Experience in supporting nurse consults and Schedule 3 procedures, with an understanding of how this contributes to clinic performance and efficiency
- Skilled in using coaching and influencing techniques to get the best out of every colleague
