We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Veterinary Nurse with a minimum of three years of experience in small animal practice. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and friendly team, where you'll work with experienced professionals passionate about delivering top-tier care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to a wide range of small animals
- Assist in consultations, surgeries, and medical procedures, ensuring the highest standard of animal care
- Collaborate closely with a team of 21 RVNs and SVNs, as well as 18 experienced veterinarians with advanced qualifications in areas like orthopedic surgery and medicine
- Support veterinary students, contributing to a positive and educational work environment
- Contribute to team development and participate in regular team meetings
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Registered Veterinary Nurse
- Solid background in small animal care with a compassionate approach to animals and clients
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Flexible rota tailored to your needs, with both full-time and part-time options available
- Life assurance at 4x annual salary
