GLG Vets are proud to be working with a fantastic veterinary practice in Cornwall to recruit a Clinical Lead / Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join their dynamic and friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced veterinary surgeon looking to step into a leadership role with no out-of-hours (OOH) or overnight inpatient checks required.
As the Clinical Lead, you will oversee the day-to-day clinical operations, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring the highest standard of care for all patients. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the strategic development of the practice and build lasting relationships with clients in a welcoming, supportive environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to £72,000 (dependent on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
