We are seeking an experienced and dedicated RVN – Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team in Chippenham, Wiltshire. As part of our vibrant and growing veterinary practice, you will provide exceptional veterinary care to animals while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of pets and their owners.

Location: Chippenham, Wiltshire

Working Hours: This is a Full Time Position working 40 hours per week - There will be no OOHs or on-call duties, a Saturday rota will be included that is shared between the team which is on a 1 in 4 basis.

Salary: £28000-31000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine examinations, diagnostics, and treatments on a variety of animals.
  • Conduct surgical procedures as needed, including spaying, neutering, and other minor surgeries.
  • Collaborate with veterinary nurses and support staff to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  • Provide guidance and advice to pet owners on general care, feeding, and wellness.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient histories, treatments, and progress.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Veterinary degree from a recognized institution.
  • Valid veterinary license to practice in the UK.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Compassionate and caring approach to animals.
