We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join our established and thriving practice in Chesterfield. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive, close-knit team while making a genuine difference in the lives of pets and their owners.
Our surgery boasts a team of 4 Vets, 6 Nurses, and 5 Client Care Advisors, offering a collaborative and professional environment. With a growing, loyal client base, we operate from a purpose-built facility equipped with state-of-the-art technology to deliver exceptional care.
Location: Chesterfield, a historic market town in Derbyshire, is celebrated for its vibrant town centre, including one of the UK's largest open-air markets. Nestled on the edge of the Peak District, it offers stunning countryside for hiking, cycling, and other outdoor pursuits. Excellent transport links to cities like Sheffield and Nottingham make Chesterfield a desirable place to live and work.
About You: We are looking for a talented and compassionate individual who embodies the following:
- Qualified and RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon.
- Confident in small animal medicine and surgery, with experience handling routine and emergency cases.
- Excellent communication skills, committed to delivering outstanding client care.
- A positive, caring attitude with a genuine passion for animal welfare.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Committed to ongoing professional development and adopting the latest veterinary practices.
