We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Locum Vet Surgeon specialising in Small Animal to join our team on 9th October 2024 for a period ending 28th November 2024, working 4 days a week. The successful candidate will provide top‑notch care to patients in a supportive, well‑equipped environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high‑quality veterinary care to small animals in accordance with best practices.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions, ensuring patient safety and well‑being.
- Communicate effectively with pet owners, providing guidance on preventive care and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
- Collaborate with veterinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
- Veterinary degree from an accredited institution.
- Current licence to practice as a veterinarian in the UK.
- Strong diagnostic, surgical, and medical skills with experience in small‑animal care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
