The practice is known for its welcoming environment and exceptional care for both patients and staff. You’ll be joining a supportive team of 1 full-time RVN, 2 SVNs, and 1 VCA, dedicated to providing excellent veterinary care.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join this fantastic team. In this role, you will play a key part in providing high-quality clinical care, leading by example, and supporting the development of junior team members. With no out-of-hours commitment, this is a great opportunity for a qualified and experienced RVN looking for a fulfilling and balanced work-life environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to a wide range of animals.
- Lead and mentor a small team of SVNs and VCAs.
- Assist in surgeries and clinical procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication with clients.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of clinical protocols and procedures.
- Support the management and training of junior staff.
