- Provide clinical leadership across consulting, soft tissue and routine surgery
- Champion clinical governance, audits and best‑practice protocols
- Mentor and develop Vets, RVNs and SVNs; support CPD plans
- Build trusted client relationships and deliver gold‑standard care
- Oversee case continuity and contribute to rota planning and workflow
