At GLG Vets, we are thrilled to be recruiting for a dedicated and passionate Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established independent practice in the heart of Buckinghamshire. This role is ideal for a vet seeking a good work-life balance, offering flexibility with no on-call duties, no Sundays, and no bank holidays.

Job Type: Part-Time (3-day week, every other Saturday morning)

Salary: £50,000 - £80,000 FTE (commensurate with experience and hours)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent clinical care to our patients
  • Consultations and treatments across a variety of cases
  • Surgical procedures when required
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their pets
  • Collaborate with a close-knit, supportive team

Skills & Qualifications:

  • RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon (or eligibility to register)
  • Previous experience in a small animal practice
  • Strong communication and client care skills
  • Ability to work independently, with confidence and professionalism
