Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and line‐manage the nursing team, supporting appraisals and rotas
- Drive clinical standards across theatre, wards, consults and dispensary
- Oversee stock control, SOPs and equipment maintenance schedules
- Champion nurse clinics and client education initiatives
- Support quality improvement, audits and infection control

- Confident in inpatient care, theatre nursing and anaesthetic monitoring
