GLF Schools seeks a Trust Attendance Lead to drive the trust-wide strategy for improving attendance from nursery through to 6th form. You will reduce persistent absence and close gaps for disadvantaged pupils by ensuring robust systems, support and accountability across all schools.
You will lead data-driven actions, collaborate with school leaders, families and external partners, and shape policies to raise attendance, belonging and achievement across GLF.
