Premises Assistant – With Optional On-Site Accommodation
We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Premises Assistant to join our friendly team and help keep The Beacon School looking its best. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving and take pride in your environment, we’d love to hear from you.
This role includes the rare opportunity to live on-site in a spacious family home at a significantly reduced rate.
Your Role:
- Carry out minor repairs and maintenance
- Complete site compliance checks using our EVERY system
- Support school operations with a positive, “can-do” attitude
- Work flexibly and independently, with a focus on safety and quality
What We’re Looking For:
- DIY and maintenance skills (plumbing, carpentry, etc.)
- A UK driving licence (for minibus use)
- Good communication and initiative
- Enthusiasm, flexibility, and a commitment to our school community
