We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Operations Lead to ensure the smooth running of our school’s daily operations. Working with the Senior Leadership team, you will provide operational leadership in areas such as ICT, community usage, contract management, administration, premises management, compliance, health and safety, security, and operational support. This role offers a chance to positively impact the daily experiences of our pupils, staff, and the wider community.

Our school is part of a newly established cluster of primary schools, overseen by a Regional Director. The cluster includes The Vale Primary School, Banstead Infant School, Warren Mead Infant and Junior Schools, Cuddington Croft Primary School, Danetree Primary School, and Floreat Wandsworth Primary School.
This role offers the chance to collaborate across the cluster, share expertise, and ensure all children receive excellent education and reach their potential. It also provides opportunities for career progression and professional development within the cluster.
Details:
- Start Date: 1st September 2025
- Hours: 27.5 hours per week (working pattern to be agreed) - 41 weeks (term time plus 2 weeks)
- Contract: Permanent
- Closing Date: Tuesday, 8th July at 9:30 am
