We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and inclusive team.

Your opportunity
Working under the direction of the Headteachers, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting children's learning, both individually and in small groups, ensuring that every child has access to a high-quality, inclusive education. This role is ideal for someone who is confident delivering planned lessons, supporting children with a range of needs, and committed to fostering a safe, engaging and positive learning environment. As part of GLF Schools, you'll also benefit from opportunities for professional development and collaboration across a wider network of supportive professionals.
What we are looking for
- Hold relevant qualifications, including a good general education (GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above) and an HLTA qualification.
- Have experience delivering lessons to whole classes and supporting learning across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
- Be skilled in adapting and delivering engaging learning strategies, managing behaviour effectively, and supporting pupils' emotional and academic development.
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills, including preparing resources, maintaining pupil records, and contributing to classroom planning.
- Show excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, working well with colleagues, children, and parents.
- Be motivated, flexible, and committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism and safeguarding.

The Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- Salary: GLF Specialist Point 1 - 16 £27,061 – £30,791 FTE
- Actual Salary: £12,480.89 - £14,201.22
- Hours: 19.5hrs a week (Term time only - 38.6 weeks)
- Contract: Permanent
