Join GLF Primary Schools as an Inclusion Lead to champion the development and success of students with additional educational needs. In this pivotal role, you will improve the quality of provision across schools, promote communication and language development , and promote and celebrate the value of neurodiversity. By leading evidence-based interventions, enhancing inclusive practices, and supporting professional development for staff, you will ensure students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally at every stage of their education.

What we are looking for

• Qualified Teacher Status
• Recent and relevant experience of leading improvement across several schools
• In-depth knowledge of the key legal frameworks relating to inclusion
• The effective management of people and resources, including use of the school’s notional SEN budget and Top Up Funding and best practice in financial and employment matters
• Passion for education, enthusiasm for innovation

The Details

Contract: Please note this is an Associate contract, and not Teaching Terms and Conditions.

Hours: Full time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £70,000 (dependent on experience)
