We are currently recruiting for a Team Member as we add Pizza Hut to our Business portfolio, this will be based in Kirkcaldy.

Reports To: Restaurant General Manager
Position Overview: Team Members are jacks of all trades. You can gain experience in helping customers with their orders, running food preparation and working together to keep the restaurant in order.
Functional Responsibilities:
- Enjoys keeping things clean and safe for customers and teammates
- Adheres to all safety, sanitation and security standards
- Follows all standards for the quality execution of specific stations of responsibility
- Maintains knowledge of menu items and promotions
- Follows all cash handling procedures safely and in accordance with company standards

- Takes ownership and responsibility of one's own actions

- Continually communicates with manager to analyze and understand business needs

Educational & Experience Requirements:
- GCSEs or equivalent in core subjects grades A-D
- Food retail or service industry experience preferred
- Ability to exceed Customer Satisfaction expectations
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn new skills
Physical Requirements:
- Able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 10 Kgs. to waist level
- Able to move items up to 10 Kgs. for distances of up to 25 feet
- Able to remain standing and active for an 8-12 hour shift
- Able to tolerate exposure to hot temperatures (above 32° C) throughout the shift
- Able to hear, understand, and respond to Team Members' requests in a loud environment
- Skill and coordination at using hands to perform kitchen and cleaning duties such as operating machinery and kitchen equipment
- Able to tolerate exposure to all products without an allergic reaction or sensitivity
- Able to tolerate exposure to chlorine sanitizing solution
