Location: Dundee, United Kingdom
Salary: £10.00 – £12.21 per hour (rate depends on age and experience in line with National Minimum Wage guidelines)
Night Shift Premium: An additional £1.00 per hour for all hours worked between 11:00 pm and 6:00 am.
Contract: Full-time & Part-time positions available.
Availability: Candidates must be available to work five days out of seven within a 7:00 pm to 3:30 am window, with a fixed Saturday as a rest day.

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and assembling a high volume of fresh rolls, salads, sandwiches, and ready meals for nationwide distribution—with many more exciting product lines to be added as this project grows.
- Ensuring all products are expertly packed, labelled, and ready for dispatch to our stores across Scotland.
- Maintaining rigorous standards of consistency so that every Greens meal meets our high-quality benchmarks.
- Managing large-scale ingredient rotation to guarantee freshness while minimising waste holding elite food safety standards within a high-output production environment.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A strong work ethic and the stamina to thrive in a high-volume production setting.
- A positive, 'can-do' attitude with the ability to maintain speed and accuracy throughout the night.
- A collaborative spirit—you’ll be a key link in the chain that keeps our stores stocked.
- A firm commitment to the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Previous experience in a food production unit or high-volume catering environment is a bonus but not required.
