Location: Bathgate, United Kingdom

Salary: £10.85 - £12.71 per hour (rate depends on age and experience in line with NMW guidelines) + generous mileage allowance per delivery.

About the role:

  • As a part of our team you will work in Hut supporting with customers and prepping orders.
  • As a driver you will head out to deliver our Pizzas as and when required.

About you:

  • Valid driving licence and access to your own car.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older (required for insurance purposes related to vehicle use and compliance with shift patterns that include late finishes).
  • Customer-focused with previous experience in customer service.
  • Able to easily prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
  • Strong communicator who can continually communicate with managers and the wider team to analyse and understand the business.
  • Handles customer complaints according to guidelines to ensure customer issues are resolved.
