About the role:
- As a part of our team you will work in Hut supporting with customers and prepping orders.
- As a driver you will head out to deliver our Pizzas as and when required.
About you:
- Valid driving licence and access to your own car.
- Must be 18 years of age or older (required for insurance purposes related to vehicle use and compliance with shift patterns that include late finishes).
- Customer-focused with previous experience in customer service.
- Able to easily prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
- Strong communicator who can continually communicate with managers and the wider team to analyse and understand the business.
- Handles customer complaints according to guidelines to ensure customer issues are resolved.
