Overview of the Team Leader role at Greens Retail, part of the Glenshire Group.
Location: Greens of Blairgowrie. Start Date: Immediate Starts Available. Pay: £13 per hour. Contract: Part time - 20 Hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer experience
- Create an exceptional working environment
- Prioritise workload to ensure store standards are exceptional and motivate team to ensure tasks are completed
- Forge strong links with the local community and host local events
- Ensure a clean, swift and efficient operation - complying with health & safety as well as other processes and procedures

- Food Retail Experience = essential
