Role Overview:
This role involves the overall management of your store, leading a team, ensuring high standards, and engaging with the local community. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing a team to deliver excellent customer service
- Creating a positive working environment
- Building relationships within the local community and hosting events
- Managing daily store operations, health & safety compliance, and procedures
- Recruitment, mentoring, training, and shift planning
- Driving store performance and future growth
Managers are expected to work a minimum of 40 hours per week across 5 days, including evenings and weekends, with flexible scheduling to meet store needs.
