Shift Manager/Supervisor – Pizza Hut at Glenshire Group

Location: Great Western Road
Salary: £13 per hour
Start Date: Immediate Starts Available
Contract: Full‐Time and Part‐Time options available

Overview
As the Shift Manager, you are the day‐to‐day captain. You keep shifts running smoothly, customers happy, and team members engaged. You lead the team, drive sales, and deliver operational excellence.
Functional Responsibilities
Ensuring all products served meet rigorous quality standards.
Overseeing effective preparation of all workstations for peak periods.
Identifying and resolving workstation bottlenecks to maintain efficiency.
Ensuring a clean, swift, and efficient operation, complying with all Health & Safety regulations and operational procedures.
Actively seeking information on restaurant financial and customer measures and demonstrating accountability for growing sales.
Leadership & Culture Responsibilities
Acting as a model by providing consistent leadership and coaching to the team.
Training new team members and respectfully directing and managing team members during shifts.
Championing Yum!\’s culture and values and fostering a positive relationship with fellow team members and customers.
Prioritising customer needs over tasks and demonstrating positive energy by handling customer issues on the spot.
Demonstrating a growth mindset by learning from mistakes and efficiently working around problems.
Skills & Qualifications
Quick‐Service Restaurant or Food Service Experience: Preferred, but mandatory for the management position.
Strong Leadership Potential: Ability to coach, direct, and motivate a team.
Sound Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
Flexibility: Must have availability to work across various shift patterns and be available to work on weekends.
Ability to exceed Customer Satisfaction expectations.
