Position Overview:
As a Shift Leader, you are the day-to-day captain. You keep shifts running smoothly, customers happy, and team members having fun. You value collaboration and organization.
Functional Responsibilities:
β’ Identifies and resolves workstation bottlenecks
β’ Ensures all products served to customers meet quality standards
β’ Oversees effective preparation of all workstations for peak periods
β’ Follows all restaurant safety procedures and coaches others
β’ Actively seeks information on restaurant financial and customer measures
β’ Demonstrates accountability for growing sales
